For you to HoloPrint a custom-designed hologram specific to the job at hand, it is first necessary to produce a holographic Master. Stensborg has many years of expertise in this area and can produce exactly the right master for you both cost-effectively and at short notice.

What is possible?

Almost anything – the imagination really is the limit!

We can produce a large variety of special holographic effects as either 2D or 3D images, as well as kinematic effects and animations.

We can also add several levels of security features, including embedded covert information as either micro-text or hidden structures, that is only readable by laser light.

Registration marks can also be added to your requirements.

What does it take?

We can use an existing graphic designs from software like Photoshop or Illustrator as the basis for the holographic master, or we can design it from scratch based on your ideas and specifications.

Before producing the actual master, we will consult with you and send you detailed lay-out suggestions to ensure you get exactly what you need.

Turn-around time depends on the urgency of your job – normally, it will take a week, but we can produce a new master within a few working days after design approval.

Our masters are used by the industry for a variety of purposes, including
- Print plate production for HoloPrint
- Printing plates used for UV casting of flexible materials
- Rotational hot-embossing (roll-to-roll) for embossing of labels or hotstamp/cold-foil material
- Inserts for use in injection moulding
- Masters for casting in epoxy or polymers
