Meet Team Jan 2023 TEM

Having studied at the Holographic Laboratory, Technical University of Denmark, Jan went on to establish Stensborg A/S in 1997. He has more than 20 years’ of experience working within the industry.

Leif has a master’s degree in Electronics from the Technical University of Denmark. Before joining Stensborg, he spent many years of his career working with international counterfeit resilience at The Danish National Bank.

Allan Mertner has worked with Stensborg and related companies for more than 20 years. As Engineering Director at Facebook in London, he is responsible for everything from organizational and product strategy to looking at code.

Per has been involved with Stensborg since 2001, both as an investor and board member. After 29 years as a serial entrepreneur and with four start-ups behind him, he is now a business angel, investing and mentoring other start-ups.

Caleigh runs an ethical marketing agency in the UK called Koala Marketing. She has successfully been running marketing departments and campaigns for over ten years, and she is helping us to keep our marketing strategies on track.

After being employed at Stensborg for two years as a Marketing and HR student assistant, Karolína joined Stensborg full-time. Her main goal is to keep on enhancing the working environment for the employees while making the company well-known. She holds a MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from Roskilde University.

Ritika holds a PhD in Micro- and Nanotechnology from the Technical University of Denmark and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Duke University, USA. She received two patents for her work and has an extensive cleanroom experience. She helps the business to reach new heights.

Known as the company’s ‘print man’, Bent has worked on Holoprint’s development since 2002. Before Stensborg, he worked for Nilpeter where he built the world’s first laminating station able to deal with any material.

Educated at the University of Latvia and the University of Southern Denmark, Karlis is one of Stensborg’s engineers.

Oskar holds an MSc degree in Engineering Nanoscience from Lund University. Apart from his extensive cleanroom experience, he devoted time to Industry 4.0 implementation as well as production technology before joining Stensborg.

Can possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Koç University in Istanbul, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree at the Technical University of Denmark within the same field. He has experience in soft materials, polymer science, and bio-inspired material engineering.

Gabriel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Roskilde University and is currently studying Multimedia Design at KEA. He is in charge of the video production at Stensborg given his prior experience within the field.
